Senior Staff plays a vital administrative role in keeping Saint Ignatius High School thriving. They work closely with the President, helping to guide the school via their respective areas.

Anthony Fior '02, Ed.D.
Principal
As principal, Fior is responsible for the academic, spiritual, moral and social education of Saint Ignatius students, as well as the overall supervision of the faculty and assistant principals. His time in the classroom coupled with his Ph.D. in Catholic School Administration have provided him with a deep understanding of the mission of the school to form Men for Others and the leadership skills necessary to help guide Saint Ignatius High School.
Deborale Richardson-Phillips, Ph.D.
Vice President of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
Richardson-Phillips champions and advances the school’s culture through innovative programs, with a primary focus on the needs of the student population as the Saint Ignatius strategy of cultural transformation unfolds. She works collaboratively with administration, faculty and staff to create the vision for equity and inclusion in alignment with Jesuit principles.
Dennis Stonequist
Vice President of Institutional Adavancement
As Vice President of Institutional Advancement, Stonequist manages all fundraising initatives and benefactor engagement to advance the mission of Saint Ignatius High School and The Welsh Academy. Prior to Saint Ignatius, he spent twenty years in Jesuit education at Loyola Academy in Chicago in various roles including Alumni Relations Director and Executive Vice President.
Jeff McCormick '83
Vice President of Marketing, Enrollment and Communications
As Vice President of Marketing, Enrollment and Communications, McCormick develops and executes the marketing vision and strategy to achieve enrollment and advancement goals, along with the overall brand and messaging.
Mary Ann Vogel, Ed.D.
Founding Principal for The Welsh Academy
Vogel is the Founding Principal for The Welsh Academy after serving as Implementation Director. Her professional background most recently includes Chief Educator for the Intergenerational Schools, consultant for Urban Community School and Catalyst Cleveland. She is a Founding Principal for St. Martin de Porres High School and has been a faculty member and senior administrator with the Cleveland Metropolitan School District. With her passion for education in Cleveland along with her passion for Jesuit education, Vogel welcomes the third class of sixth graders to The Welsh Academy for the 2021-2022 school year.
Patti Walcutt
Vice President Administration and Chief Financial Officer
Keeping a school of the size and stature of Saint Ignatius up and running is no small task. Walcutt’s background in accounting and finance are a strong foundation as she oversees the school’s financial matters, human resources, and several support departments throughout the school.
